Returns & Refunds

Unopened products: You may return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please email info@centralcoastgarden.com before sending a return. Customers pay return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Opened or used products: For quality and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, email info@centralcoastgarden.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement.

Drums and freight orders: 15 gallon and 55 gallon drums and other freight (LTL) orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the return.
