TEST CLEAN. PASS w/ Green Cleaner
Testing for pesticides and passing clean helps in maintaining the quality of your products. Misleading or falsified test results can lead to significant trust issues within the industry.
How Does Green Cleaner Work?
Green Cleaner spray will adhere to the target insect, larvae, and egg case. Its active ingredients then disrupt digestion and respiration. Green Cleaner also penetrates to dehydrate their entire body while suffocating them. There is no way an insect can become immune to suffocation or dehydration.
Green Cleaner was designed to dehydrate and suffocate when it comes into contact with a pest. Thoroughly saturate your infested plants with Green Cleaner to kill many types of insects and diseases on contact. Green Cleaner’s unique formula does not stress the plant out and will not damage flowers, vegetables, or fruits as long as it is applied under proper lighting conditions.
Green Cleaner is natural and is safe for use around people, pets, soil, and food. With proper application, our product can be used up to the day of harvest.

Directions / Application
Directions / Application
1. Preparation:
Shake Well: Before use, ensure that you shake the Green Cleaner container vigorously to mix the contents thoroughly. This step is crucial as the product is a concentrate that needs to be well mixed for effectiveness.
Mixing: Add water to your spray container first, then add Green Cleaner. The ratio for initial treatment is generally 2 ounces of Green Cleaner per gallon of water for a severe infestation. For secondary applications, use 1 ounce per gallon every 1-2 days, and for maintenance, use 0.5 ounces per gallon once or twice a week.
2. Application:
Turn Off Lights: Apply Green Cleaner when the main lights in your grow room are off. This prevents any risk of burning the leaves due to the magnifying effect of water droplets under light. Allow the plants to dry completely before turning the lights back on.
Spraying:
Use a high-pressure sprayer or an atomizer for even coverage. Ensure you're using the finest spray possible for thorough coverage.
Spray all plant surfaces, including the undersides of leaves where spider mites often hide. Saturate the plants thoroughly but avoid spraying directly on the inner flower parts during late flowering stages.
If possible, lower the room temperature to around 65 degrees Fahrenheit to slow down the mite's lifecycle, making control easier
3. Application Schedule:
4. Safety and Precautions:
5. Additional Tips:
6. Post-Application:
Post-Harvest Cannabis Bud Washing
Initial Drench: For severe infestations, start with 2 oz per gallon to knock down the population.
Secondary Applications: Use 1 oz per gallon for follow-up treatments every 1-2 days until the infestation is under control.
Maintenance: Once mites are controlled, apply 0.5 oz per gallon once or twice weekly to prevent re-infestation
Testing: Before widespread use, test Green Cleaner on a small, less vital part of your plants or on one or two plants to check for any adverse reactions.
Protective Gear: Although Green Cleaner has a 0-hour re-entry interval and doesn't require protective gear, handle with care to avoid any skin or eye irritation.
Avoid Mixing: Do not mix Green Cleaner with other pesticides or nutrients as it should only be mixed with water
Remove Affected Leaves: Before spraying, remove and dispose of any severely affected leaves away from the growing area to reduce the mite population and prevent spread.
Quarantine New Plants: Always quarantine new plants before introducing them to your main grow area to avoid introducing pests.
Monitor your plants closely for signs of re-infestation, and be prepared to reapply if necessary. Green Cleaner does not cause pest resistance, making it suitable for ongoing use in integrated pest management (IPM).
Materials Needed:
3 large buckets (5-gallon size recommended for small batches)
Green Cleaner concentrate (8 oz bottle yields multiple washes)
Clean, cool water (preferably reverse osmosis or filtered to minimize minerals)
Gentle agitation tool (e.g., gloved hands or soft brush for stubborn spots)
Drying rack or line in a dark, well-ventilated space (45–55% humidity, 60–70°F/15–21°C)
Fans for air circulation
Step-by-Step Instructions
Harvest and Prepare Branches: Cut your cannabis plants at the desired maturity (typically when 50–70% of pistils are brown). Leave buds on whole branches for easier handling—trim large fan leaves if desired, but keep smaller sugar leaves intact for now. Work in a clean, shaded area to avoid direct sun or contaminants.
Mix the Washing Solution:
Fill the first bucket halfway with cool water (about 2–3 gallons).
Add ½–¾ oz of Green Cleaner per gallon of water (e.g., 1–2 oz total for a 3-gallon bucket). This "plant wash" dilution is milder than the standard 2 oz/gallon foliar spray, reducing oil residue on buds.

Stir gently until fully dissolved. The solution should be slightly foamy but not oily—shake the Green Cleaner bottle well before measuring.
Fill the second and third buckets halfway with plain clean water each (no additives).
Wash the Buds:
Submerge one branch at a time in the first bucket (Green Cleaner solution). Gently swirl or agitate for 20–30 seconds to loosen debris, pests, and spores. Avoid vigorous scrubbing to prevent trichome loss.
Transfer to the second bucket and swirl for another 20–30 seconds to rinse off the cleaner.
Move to the third bucket for a final rinse, swirling gently.
If needed, repeat for heavily infested buds, but limit total soak time to under 2 minutes per branch to preserve terpenes.
Drain and Initial Dry:
Lift branches out and shake gently over a towel to remove excess water. Do not pat dry, as this can damage buds.
Inspect for any remaining debris and spot-clean with a soft brush dipped in plain water if necessary.
Dry the Buds:
Hang branches upside down in a dark room with good airflow (use oscillating fans on low, avoiding direct blasts). Maintain 45–55% relative humidity and 60–70°F to prevent mold.
Dry for 5–10 days until stems snap cleanly (not bend). This longer dry time accounts for the added moisture from washing.
Trim, Cure, and Store:
Once dry, trim buds from stems and remove sugar leaves.
Cure in airtight glass jars for 2–4 weeks, burping daily for the first week to release moisture and enhance flavor.
Store in a cool, dark place for long-term freshness.
Tips and Safety Notes
Frequency: Perform the wash immediately after harvest for best results. It's especially useful for outdoor grows exposed to dust or pests.
Residue Concerns: The low dilution minimizes oily buildup, but if concerned, follow with an extra plain-water rinse bucket. Green Cleaner is natural and food-safe, but rinse thoroughly.
Avoid Overuse: Don't wash if buds are moldy—discard affected parts to prevent spread.
Environmental Note: Dispose of wash water responsibly, away from waterways, as it contains organic matter.
This process yields cleaner, higher-quality buds with improved burn and taste..
